How it works
Android / iOS Apps: For attendees
Attendees can access their QR code (or scan another attendee’s QR code) directly from the people tab, by tapping on the “QR” icon located next in the top right corner..
- The QR code modal will open in the “My Code” sub-tab. Attendees can then can tap on their own QR code to zoom in and make it easy for a sponsor or other attendee to scan it.
- If they visit the “Scan QR Code” sub-tab, the app will use their camera to scan another attendee’s QR code.
Android / iOS Apps: For sponsors
Sponsors can access their own QR code (or scan another attendee’s QR code) directly from the people tab, by tapping on the “QR” icon located next in the top right corner..
- The QR code modal will open in the “My Code” sub-tab. Sponsors can then can tap on their own QR code to zoom in and make it easy for a sponsor or other attendee to scan it.
- If they visit the “Scan QR Code” sub-tab, the app will use their camera to scan an attendee’s QR code.
Sponsor Admin Panel: View leads & data
Sponsors can view the captured leads (and other engagement data) directly from their Sponsor Admin Panels.
- Any notes saved by representatives will also be visible here.
Admin Panel: Customize terminology & assign custom colors based on user-group
Event organizers will be able to customize the word used to refer to “contacts”. For example, they could call them “leads”, “prospects”, “participants” etc.
In addition, organizers can assign custom colors to each user group — the custom colors will be displayed just above attendees’ QR codes as a colored strip (yellow in the example below), followed by the name of the user group.
