Brella's sponsor-related data will be better visualized in a way that provides organizers with even greater insights.
Impact on ongoing events
This release will only affect the Admin Panel and, if "Sponsor Data" is enabled for an event, the Sponsor Admin Panel.
How it works
Feature Overview
- Tooltips and save buttons for the graphs.
- Highlights: Total unique visitors, Outbound meeting request, Meeting acceptance rate, Total time spent in booth.
- Overall performance graph
- Booth visit activity bar graph: Total visits vs. Unique visitors.
- Most active visitors table.
- Meeting request activity pie chart.
- Chat activity pie chart.
Tooltips and save buttons
Tooltips are placed next to the title. Save as PNG (image) button will be available on the right.
Highlights section
This section includes the following information:
- Total unique visitors: The total number of individual unique users to a booth.
- Outbound meeting requests: Total meeting request sent out by the sponsor reps.
- Meeting acceptance rate: Percentage of total accepted meeting requests vs. the total meeting requests specific to this particular sponsor.
- Average visitors per day
- Average time spent per visitor
Overall performance graph
This section includes the following information:
- Booth visits.
- Total meeting requests: The number of all meeting requests sent between sponsor reps and attendees.
- Total accepted meeting requests: The number of accepted meeting requests between sponsor reps and attendees.
Booth visit activity bar graph
- Y axis (left): Number of visits
- X axis: date event start and end date.
- Y axis (right): Number of unique visitors.
- On hover, the chart will display detailed numbers.
- Filtering will be possible with a date selection tool that allows organizers to select a specific date range.
Most active visitors table
- The top 20 active visitors will be displayed, in order of their activity levels. Sponsor representatives who visit a booth will be excluded from this list.
- The table will contain an avatar, name, job title, company, total time spent, status (data combined from 1:1 Meetings and Traffic Analytics tabs).
- Hovering over the status of any given attendee will display more information.
- The "View all visitors" button leads to Traffic Analytics tab.
Meeting request activity pie chart
- Pie chart: Outbound (meeting requests sent by representatives), and inbound (meeting requests sent by other attendees) meeting requests. The center of the chart will display the total meeting requests.
- The breakdowns (displayed on the right) will show accepted, pending, rescheduled, cancelled and declined meetings.
Chat activity pie chart
- Pie chart: Outbound (chat requests sent by representatives), and inbound (chat requests sent by other attendees) chat requests. The center of the chart will display the total number of messages sent.
- The breakdowns (displayed on the right) will show total chat messages and open chat requests (answered, converted to meetings, and pending).
