Overview
This feature will enable events to create multiple Networking Areas, restrict access to them based on attendee groups, and assign dedicated networking slots to each area.
What’s new
- Networking Tab in the Admin Panel.
- New meeting creation flow on both Native and Web apps.
What will change
Natives & Web App
- When creating a meeting, Brella will now choose the optimal time and location for the selected attendees. This streamlines the meeting creation process, making it faster and simpler.
- Based on their location access, attendees can choose where to meet when booking a meeting.
Admin Panel
- New “Networking” tab to manage the upcoming Meeting Management view and create new Networking Areas.
- Under Networking Areas, users can create new Networking Areas and define the following.
- Name
- Define which attendee groups can access the location (gating).
- Which meeting types are allowed.
- 1:1 meeting
- Group meetings
- How many meeting points (tables) are available.
- Select an overflow location. When this location is full, the traffic will be redirected to the selected location. This will not be included in the first version.
