Overview
At hybrid events, Brella will only assign a table to meeting slots that involve at least one hybrid or in-person attendee.
- For meetings between a virtual and in-person or hybrid attendee, a table will be assigned to that particular meeting slot, but the virtual attendee will only be shown the video call option. The assigned table will only be shown to the in-person or hybrid attendee.
- All attendees will be shown the video call option as a back-up — incase they can't make it to the designated meeting area.
Impact on ongoing events
This release will only impact hybrid events that use tables. Please make sure that attendees are sorted into the correct groups — with the appropriate attendance types prior to this release. If you need more information, please reach out to your Brella contact.
