Overview
Data related to conversations and meetings originating from open chat requests will be visualized in the admin panel dashboard, allowing event organizers to accurately measure the impact of open chat on their event, and capitalize on attendee networking patterns for their future events.
Impact on ongoing events
This release only impacts the admin panel. Ongoing events will display additional data in the Admin Panel.
How it works
Admin Panel: The overview tab will display both meeting & open chat data for events that have open chat enabled
The overview tab contains the following information related to open chats:
The total number of open chat requests, including answered, pending and open chats that resulted in meetings.
A dedicated pie-chart to visualize the data points related t open chat requests as percentages
Engagement metrics, including:
- The meeting acceptance rate following open chat requests
- The number of 1:1 chat messages that originated from an open chat request
Admin Panel: The overview tab will display instructions to enable open chat if it's currently disabled
Additional charts and tables will only display meeting data.
