Overview
Event organizers will be able to create, edit and track the performance of banner ads that appear on a prominent, expansive carousel at the very top of Brella's sponsors tab.
Stay tuned for more information about this feature — including whether it will be available on the native iOS / Android apps.
Impact on ongoing events
This release will not impact any ongoing or upcoming events unless an organizer actively creates new banner ads.
How it works
Admin Panel: Organizers can browse, manage and view the performance of created ads
- Organizers can browse ads, change the order of the ads, view the click-count and delete ads in the "banner ads" sub-tab of their admin panel's "sponsors" view.
- Note: Deleted ads will be visible (along with performance data) in a separate "deleted" tab.
Admin Panel: Organizers can create new ads
Organizers can click on the green "Create New" button to create a new ad.
- Organizers will be able to customize and add content to the new banner ad, while previewing their appearance in real-time.
- A custom image (3:1 ratio or 1200x400px size, Max. 5MB PNG or JPEG image formats), assign it to a sponsor, and set a title of 90 characters may be added to the bann.
- Each ad can be assigned to a specific sponsor. Clicking on the banner ads will lead to the relevant sponsor's booth page.
Web App: Attendees can browse the created ads in the sponsors tab
The banners will be displayed as a slideshow at the very top of the sponsors tab — above the search bar.
- Clicking on an ad will take them to the relevant sponsor's booth.
